Jeff Grossman spent approximately 50 years living a fast-paced life as a trial lawyer. Following a successful career, he began a new phase of his life in the world of artistic expression, which had always been a hidden desire. Grossman, who is married with two children and six grandchildren, divides his time between Columbus, OH and St. Petersburg, FL. While he believed exploring his dreams would allow him to slow down, he has found the slower pace to be elusive. He now spends each day perfecting his craft following several years of art classes and individual study with outstanding and talented artists, both in Ohio and Florida. Grossman can best describe his motivation and style:

“My artistic journey has leaned toward the vibrant and dynamic realm of contemporary abstract art. This form allows me to explore an infinite spectrum of colors, limited only by my imagination. Whether uplifted, contemplative or somber, I find a harmony in color to mirror those emotions. My work primarily involves acrylics applied to surfaces such as canvas, canvas board or wood. I often incorporate plaster to introduce textural elements, adding depth and dimension to my work."

The subject matter of my art is ever-evolving, refusing to be confined to any specific theme or narrative. It transforms, guided only by spontaneous inspiration and a desire to explore new artistic frontiers. My inspiration strikes from life itself: the constantly changing skies, shifting weather patterns, my internal emotional landscape or the pulse and rhythm of music in all is various forms. In other words, from life around me.
